Training In Melbourne

Well last night, i just got home from another training session in Melbourne. This time it was for “Engaging and Retaining Staff”, hosted by Vecci in east melbourne.
This involved me driving to Traralgon on tuesday afternoon to stay in a motel and then head off extremely early wednesday morning with Don and Tony from our Traralgon plant to hit melbourne by 9AM.
The course as a whole was kinda interesting and definately gave me something to think about back here at Buchan
Now i have to wait till next thursday to do it all over again, this time with Day to Day Management of Staff
I wish Buchan wasnt so far from Melbourne
